It's darker now in the morning here.

When I go running I would rather it be a little lighter out.

The Dodgers won yesterday, on the road, by a score of 8-0.

What's incredible about it is that, a few hours before game time, their starting pitcher was listed as TBD.

That stands for "to be determined," meaning the manager hasn't figured out yet who might do well that day.

I hope that you find a cardiologist that you trust.

It is sometimes hard for me to find a physician that I believe is fully competent.

That is because I taught too many premedical students who were lazy and I saw them get into medical school upon graduation.

It seems that a major responsibility of primary care providers these days is to find specialists for their patients.

That must be better than just asking your friends and neighbors for a recommendation.

I hope she does find you a better cardiologist.

The NLCS begins tonight.

The last Dodgers/Mets NLCS, in 2015, was a disaster for the Dodgers.

It also resulted in a new rule in the MLB official rule book, commonly called "The Chase Utley Rule."

They won in a blowout, 9-0.

But, there is a saying in baseball that no team is as good as it looks in a 9-0 win and no team is as bad as it looks in a 9-0 loss.

I have access to do everything from home.

I don't work at home too regularly but at times it's nice for a change.

I am watching sports all night tonight (MLB Playoffs, hockey, football (Jets game) and wrestling too).

I may work from home Tuesday because the power is not back in the building as of now.

It is not clear to me why there is a power outage at your workplace.

There has been no tornado, earthquake, or hurricane in the NY metropolitan area.

Fortunately, I haven't experienced a power blackout at home since 2003.

Yesterday's Dodger game was awful, from the lead-off home run to the last out. 🙁

Now, the Dodgers face three games in a row at CitiField.

Let's hope that they can win two out of three.

Saw some squirrels in the yard today

There is a line underground they had to fix.

The building is now running on a generator until the problem is resolved.

I'm going back to the office for 3 days before I have a 3 day weekend since I'm off Monday.

All hospitals have generators because vital equipment for some patients must be kept on when the power goes out.

I haven't be a patient in a hospital since 1962.

That was for an emergency appendectomy.

The last time I saw a cardiologist, he gave me a stress test.

All was well that time.

The Guardians are a good team.

I expect them to win a couple of games in Cleveland.

The Dodgers are playing better than the Mets for now.

I am still rooting strongly for the Dodgers and less strongly for the Yankees to make it easy for me to see a World Series game.

I have nothing against the Guardians.

The Dodgers last played against them in postseason back in 1920 when they were the Indians.

Which is why correct diagnosis is the most important part of medical care.
