I actually had a two female "bosses" try and tickle me at work. This wasn't flirting either. They tried to tickle me in the way we talk about it on this forum. As one of"us", you can recognize the intent of the would-be tickler. At no time did I give them a ticklish reaction, so I didn't walk away feeling "awkward." At the time, the lack of boundaries really annoyed me.
It was in the 90's. I was a teacher's aide at a onsite school at a hospital. The job was stressful, somewhat physical, and involved holding kids to help them move, get from one place to another, etc...The VP of the school (my manager) and the teacher I worked with both tried to tickle me separately, and together. My guard was up, I moved quickly and got away.
I didn't like it one fucking bit.
Looking back, I can see the looser boundary lines, and more innocent aspects of it. Mine was also a job where physical boundaries were a bit different than a "corporate" job. If you do that at a corporate job, you are flaunting your power. Period.

Anyways, I digress, he would make crude jokes, had the mentality that a women's place was in the home barefoot and pregnant or on her knees giving...and you fill in the rest. This man took over as branch manager and unabashedly acted this way. Not only that, but made racial jokes at customers' expense, a real winner, this guy this.

So, ALL OF US, the ladies included, filed HR Complaints with the SPECIFIC ACTS. Up to and including his teenage son walking in, looking a teller up and down, staring AT HER BREASTS AND GOING, "Oh you must be *name*." AND HE WAS RIGHT!!! Nothing happened.
