Tormented Soles - A Tickling RPG (Roleplaying Thread)

Status
Not open for further replies.
(OOC: Hue, tukano already has something planned for Rilina that would save her from the guards.)

"Mmm hmmm... is there any more you can tell us?" Reno walked up, exchanging places with Ferron. He did not wait for Rilina's reply though, and attacked her armpit and tummy. One hand was in her left armpit, stroking it gently while the other hand circled Rilina's navel, finally digging in and jiggling about. Cerryl and Ferron resumed their assault by raking her oiled soles with their nails.

They stop after a while. "Well? Tell us more about him."

(OOC: Kalamos, that with the Kathic masseuse was a good one 😉)

Castorp was perplexed: he had the money Luna gave him, but he didn't know how much he should give to the man.

"Ahem... I want to make sure to give you the proper amount... just in case Brazorf has particular conditions with you... He has many different business partners, you know, so there are different prices...". This was weak, but better than nothing...

OOC: 😉

"Cut the crap, Soter." said the other soldier, nudging his comrade in the ribs.
"Can't you see he's fresh and scared?" and he gave Castorp a lewd eye.

"Scared indeed." quipped the man called Soter.
"Fresh not quite, Telos." added, sniffing derisively.

(OOC: I didn't mean that my plot would save Rilina from the guards, just make her and the guards happy. Rilina gets paid for the damages done to her store, and the guards get Night Raptor. I guess I can see where one might interpret that as Rilina getting paid to repair her damaged shop and getting to work right away on it, but that's not entirely the case. However, Rilina can always get ahold of Night Raptor by some 'other means' if necessary.)

returning from years of war, Gabe walks into town. No friends, no family, no connections of any kind for miles. He walks into the nearest bar, he puts a coin on the table silently ordering a beer. "Any good jobs lately." Gabe asked.

the bar tender looked at him. "I've got one." He said.

Vega awoke, keenly aware of a ravenous hunger, a mouth that felt like it was full of cotton, a rather intense headache and an even more acute pain in his side.

Groaning and squinting in the early morning light, he sat up, looking at the wound in his side--crudely patched by a swath of fabric... that looked like the garment of the dancing girl!

Instantly, the memories came flooding back. He turned, looking for the girl he had liberated the prior evening.

He knew he was being followed, but he didn't worry. He knew the smell of one of them. It had to be one of the half dragon beings. But the voice that first called out to him made him wary. And the fact that he heard the faintest of growls let him know that an animal, some kind of wolf or dog, was near him. Whoever was behind him did not He almost spun and drew his weapon, but a familiar voice stopped him. "We meet again eh Waylander," said Night Raptor. He merely turned, smiled, and nodded, taking in the sight of the large wolf and the being closer to him. Weird, but he was with Night Raptor, so he must be ok. "We have problems. That man who took Rachel went this way, but I was shot down by an archer. A royal archer. Thats bad. Since I have heard a little more of her story, I must assume that her father is behind this. They are about a quarter of a mile ahead, but I am sure that there were more than just archers. We might be to late to catch them now. I suggest we follow them, and see where they go. What news of the others?" he asked. He saw Night Raptor begin to draw his daggers, and that wolf began to look very upset. Someone was close by, he could feel it. Time to find out who.

Mmmhhh... Castorp was absolutely not used to deal with money, where he used to live, there in the countryside, most of his rewards consisted in being guest of a rich woman, have a soft bed, eat and drink sumptuously, entertaining his graceful host and being entertained by her... Good old times...

He had no idea how much it could be a proper price to get to enter the barracks and discuss Rilina's property. He just get some coins from his pocket and started putting them, one by one, on the hand of the guard called Soter... "1... 2... 3...". While doing so he was nervously searching Luna with an eye, in the absurd hope she could help him with that.... "4... 5...". At least he hoped Soter would have close the hand when he thought he was enough, but the guard would have more likely just taken advantage of the situation....

Suddendly a strong bark could be heard, clear and loud, from the lane where Luna was hiding herself with his little Tolpoff... Luna could have followed the whole scene and tried to give him a little help, or the little brat could have simply bitten Luna's hand and get his mouth free to express all his annoyance about the whole situation. But the bark was a single one, no more sounds after that, just like Luna would have given him a signal...

He decided to give some credit to the smart waitress and his little faithful companion, so he stopped putting coins in the hand of the rude Soter "... and 8!". He put back in the pocket the rest of the coins he had in his hand, tried to give the guard the most determined look he could, and wait, hiding his hands behind his back not to let the guards see them tormenting each other...

Soter narrowed his eyes, studying his own outstretched hand.
"Eight golden durakamai..."

He mumbled a curse between his teeth, juggling the irregularly shaped coins in his palm.

"Stop being a fool" hissed Telos, tugging Soter's coat.
"That covers..." he paused, solemnly "the entrance fee".

"Yeah, you may pass..." added Soter, closing his hand, "... now".

They both averted their spears, showing Castorp the way in.

OOC:

You decide if you get inside alone, or if you bring Luna along.

(OOC: considering Luna's position, I think it's better to leave her outside)

Castorp tried an uncertain smile: "T-thank you...". Passing through the door he felt something twisting inside himself: he was entering a place where a large amount of well armed and trained guards, would they know what he did to Brazorf, who probably was contributing to a great amount of their wages, would bring his head on a spear to the Dragon's Way as a gift to their benefactor.

One of the guard inside, informed by Sotar, would bring him to the "Interrogation chamber" <shudder> to take a better look at the captive and make sure she was the one Brazorf was looking for. Trying no to think, Castorp followed the guard. As they walked in the dark, spartan wooden building, he could hear an hysterical squealing coming from the direction they were heading to, growing louder and louder as they approched.

Castorp was not sure at all that he could fool the guards at the point to get out of that place, unarmed and with Rilina at his side, even if things seemed to be going well until now. He felt a shiver up his spine at every burst of laughters coming from there... He tried hard not to think how it would be to find himself in her position...

Eventually they reached the Interrogation chamber, and the guard let Castorp in. As the door opened he smelled clearly the scent of fear and of rolonged tortures being going on there, probably since years, without even wasching the place a bit, and the hight pitched laughters almost hurted his ears: a very pleasing "noise" in other circumstances... Another shudder came where he heard the door closing heavely behind him.

(OOC: Cassandra controls the guards in the Interrogation chamber)

The sound of the door closing made the three guards stop whatever they were doing to Rilina. Usually, none of the other guards would interrupt an interrogation so it must be something important. They turned around to see a nervous-looking bard. "And who might you be? State your name and business." Ferron ordered.

(OOC: The three guards are actually NPCs. tukano can control them when he has to.)

Stapleton lowered his hands and breathed a sigh of relief when he deduced he would not be attacked by the one called 'Waylander'. He looked like a formidable opponent to be sure. However it was unneccesary to worry of that now, since N.R and he (Waylander) seemed to know eachother. With a quick whistle, Makambo came to his side and sat patiently waiting for the events to unfold.

Stapleton was about to step forward and introduce himself, when he saw Night Raptor draw his weapons. He stopped, unsure of what to do. Were the pair about to enter a controversy with eachother? But N.R's words told the story. Someone with evil intentions was approaching. He decided almost automatically to help his new friends and stood between them, ready to face whatever danger may be lurking in the trees. His combat was of a novice level, but with his ability to forsee a foe's next move, he might be able to give this new "team" an advantage. He crouched low, ready to charge at the enemy. Looking over his shoulder at the large war-wolf, he commanded, "Makambo, defencive."

With his words, the large wolf took his place to the right of Waylander and looked up at him, with an expression that almost said, 'Together we will be victorious.' The beast looked into the woods, his teeth glistened with fresh saliva. He crouched in the same position as his master, and prepared to pounce at whatever approached the small group....

Night Raptor was also staring into the woods where Makambo was looking at.

Tightening his grip on his daggers, Night Raptor took a step forward. N.R. sniffed the air again, and said, "If there is one thing I can't stand, it is cowardly hooligans." Suddenly, Night Raptor ran into the woods. After a few steel on steel clangs, blood curdling screams, and the snapping of twings, Night Raptor returned with two guards.

"Now talk," Night Raptor commanded as he released the guards, "Or else!"

(The guards are NPC's. Taj, Country, myself, or someone else can take command of them.)

The Hooligans

((OOC:Well I'm assuming, following the rules of the game, any player can control a NPC. I suggest since the two NPCs are in our posts, (Waylander, Stapleton, and N.R) anyone of us (Country, Hue or myself) can control them for our own purposes. I'll forge ahead with a storyline I've been contemplating just to see how it goes. I'm hoping Kalamos will get some idea's for what I'm proposing. Right...enough from me then...))

Stapleton watched in dismay as N.R. charged full speed into the woods. He dissapeared briefly, and a very brief struggle was heard. He looked over at Waylander with a look of, 'What in the Gods name was that?' Soon N.R returned with two new strangers in tow. "Now talk!" N.R commanded as he released the guards. "Or else!"

The two guards fell to their knees after the suprise attack from Night Raptor. They had been disarmed and looked helplessly up at the group before them. Stapleton looked on, his eyes wide at how quickly they had been defeated. If this was how battles were to be, then his services might not be needed after all. The one guard lifted a hand in surrender. "Please, show mercy." I don't know the mission of this other fellow, but I am here on trapper duty, to find animals useful for the kingdom. That dog was spotted in Bisanthium and word got back to my lord of his beauty and size." He was staring in Makambo's direction, who whined fearfully, as if understanding the man's words. He ducked behind his master, and gave off low growls.

Stapleton was in shock. A trapper? Looking for Makambo for his king? He suddenly became enraged at the thought of losing his most loyal companion and protector. He stepped forward, and with unusual strength, pulled the man close, just inches from his own face. "What kingdom do you serve??!" he asked roaring in anger. "What purpose would your pitiful, cowardly king have to want an animal as fine as this??! Why not come to retrieve him in person if he wants him so badly??!" Stapleton was seething as the questions poured from him like a fountain.

The man tried to shrink away from the verbal assault upon him. Never had he felt such anger or strength from someone...or something of this size. His mind was flooded with the questions he was asked. But from the recent attack from the dragon beast, his voice was lost for the moment. Stapleton took this as an act of resistance, and his eyes took on the colour of steel from his anger. Throwing the man to the ground like a sack of flour he spoke, hissing the words through his mouth like a mythilogical serpant. "Fine." he said coldly. "We will will loosen that tongue of yours," he said looking oddly at the man now cowering before him. "Somehow." he added coldly, a sneer across his face as he looked up at his two commrades, with an angry, odd look of hatred upon his face....

Rachel was sitting next to Vega, watching him stir. When he sat up, she waited a few moments so that he could get himself oriented to his surroundings before asking, "Who are you? Why did you save me from that slaver when it was you who kidnapped me? What are you going to do with me?"

She noticed the distinct bloodstain soaking through the makeshift bandage in a dark red colour. This arrow wound must have been very serious, but it seemed that Vega could handle it.

If you wish to tickle the trappers, check the other players' tickling orientation first - eg, F/M, M/M, M/F or F/F.

An early rule roughly stated that tickling should happen between consenting players; if you want to gather specific informations from a NPC, have another player or a one-shot gamer role-play the interrogation with you.
I will fill you in with the infos you extracted.

((OOC: Kalamos, assuming the guards are male, my char. would'nt really be into tickling them. Since I'm not either...lol...anyways with my char. being raised in the woods, basically alone with virtually no human contact, I've created him ignorant to tickling...well for now anyways. It'll be something he'll learn about along the way. However I'm not opposed to having a guard, or trapper made a female. Although it was unheard of in those days. But, a fantasy game can take any direction. You being one of the two DM's I'll leave that to you. Plus just to clarify, my char. has limited fighting skills so killing them would'nt be very likely either. Nor the war-wolf. A previous post of mine had him attack a guard, but in a limited sence. However in his present state of mind, killing the trapper would'nt be completely out of the question, but I'm thinking more of just having him roughing him up a little bit. Provided you, Cassandra, or Hue since he introduced them does'nt mind.))

This rpg *was* about tickling, we never expected people to try and slay the NPCs. 😀

About gender roles:
Morean humans are quite sexist: being a woman in a male-dominated society is a minor social stigma; depending on her family, status and economical position, a woman could be treated with undue courtesy, or being considered nothing more than somebody's pet - just as used to happen in later Roman Empire.

Sexual harrassment as such, is unknown, since *in the Empire* poorest women and slaves are considered property - and nobody messes with another's man's stuff.

Elven nations, especially Dark Elves, on the other hand, care little for gender roles.

I am fully aware that gender roles and personal freedom are a delicate, real world, matter; I want to stress that none of the above statements endorse sexism or slavery of any kind - they simply represent the way I envisioned a fantasy world similar to later roman empire would work.

Just as tickling an unwilling subject would be questionable in the real world, in the same way, this RPG should be considered only a safe, sane, and consensual "virtual group pastime".

"I serve King Thoth," the other guard said with a prim tone, "And I will see the end to you all." Saying that, the guard lunged at Night Raptor and began throwing feeble punches left and right. Some connected, knocking Night Raptor down on the ground. The guard dove and took ahold of N.R.'s daggers and taking them out of their sheathes.

"Now who as the power," the guard snickered, "The name is Albert 'Snake' Vans."

Night Raptor merely laughed and said, "You don't have any power whatsoever, even with my daggers."

"That is such bullshit," Albert stated, "I could beat the living dung outta each and every one of you." Albert lunged at Night Raptor again, but N.R. dodged, and brought Albert crashing to the ground.

"See," Night Raptor sneered, "I told you so." Night Raptor knocked Albert out and turned to face his other prisoner.

(OOC: Taj, taking control of the "trapper" for a bit now.)

"I am just here on an errand for King Thoth," the trapper said weekly, "The name is Katie Jones."

"A female," Night Raptor said licking his lips, "I must confess, this is an added bonus."

"Why is that?" Katie asked.

"I hardly come across any females dressed up like guards these days," Night Raptor replied cracking his knuckles, "And I am sure that we can break you very easily."

"You wouldn't DARE lay a hand on me," Katie shrieked.

"Says who?" Night Raptor asked.

"Says me," Katie fired back.

Night Raptor gasps and says, "Gentlemen, we have a fiesty one on our hands, I do believe that requires some in depth 'punishment', preferably back in Port Kaphraktos."

"Get away from me," Katie yelled as Night Raptor advanced towards her.

"Die you ugly mo-fo," Albert yelled from behind Night Raptor. Night Raptor turned and just barely dodged Albert's attack. Albert turned and ran at Night Raptor, but this time N.R. was ready for him. Night Raptor clotheslined Albert who fell to the ground and was knocked out cold. Night Raptor picked up his daggers from the ground and sheathed one and held the other.

"Katie," Night Raptor began while pointing his dagger at her, "You will cooperate IF you want to remain alive."

(Taj, you can take it away, or Country, with the next point. Either one of you can take control of Katie now.)

Rilina cries out when the guards begin to tickle her again, and she once again begins protesting that she doesn't know anything. She is back to the laughing, and jumping...but then blinks when Castorp enters. A look of confusion crosses her face, before she goes back to just laughing.

Waylander looked on with slight amusement as Night Raptor toyed with the guards, especially that Albert fellow. The woman seemed too frightened and overwhelmed to really put up much resistance. She did, however, have a certain flare in her attitude. This would prove interesting once her interrogation began.

Once Night Raptor had subdued the man, he interjected. "We are not in the habit of being that merciful to those who wish us harm. Lying will definitely make it all the worse. All I want to know is what your partner was here for, and where are the two people who came this way earlier. And before you even think of denying anything, let me tell you a few things. Its been a really long day, I don't have much patience left, and I am starting to come to the point when I just don't give a damn anymore. So, just tell us what we want to know, and I will save you the suffering which you so justly deserve."

((OOC: Pm'd Kalamos this morning about him perhaps taking charge of katie...if he wishes, and only if he wants to, and only if its ok with Hue and Country. The only reason was to see if maybe he could bring an unexpected twist to the story. You can either PM me in agreement or in disagreement. Or post something here. I can't see a problem with it, and for future reference, I won't PM the DM on anyone else's NPC without prior notification. So I appoligize to Hue in advance. Just a suggestion, perhaps when interacting with other players, post here or in PM that you'd like to introduce an NPC. Just to avoid any confusion as to whether or not another player tries to attack them. Calling them guards or hooligans says to me that they're no-named characters, who won't last more than a post or two. I'm not critisizing, just offering a sollution to avoid further complications.))

Stapleton had hardly heard a word of what was said. His mind was filled with angry images, since finding out Katie's mission. He paced back and forth, staring with cold, unblinking eyes at the foe. What made it worse was...now he knew more...humans...(the word suddenly disgusted him like foul breath)...would be looking for his precious War-Wolf. The more he thought about it, the more angry he became. It would'nt happen...it could'nt!...Could it? 'No matter,' he thought to himself, still pacing with quick, marching steps. 'It won't happen. I won't let it...I'll stop it....With my own soul if I must.'

He looked over at his beloved friend, and suddenly stopped short. The great beast was staring at him, with sad, fearful eyes. Stapleton let out a breath and felt some of the anger leave him. He dropped to his knees next to the frightened animal and stroked his head reassuringly. "Do not fear my friend. I swear to the Gods, they shall not take you." Makambo looked at his master, then lay down on all fours, whining mournfully. Stapleton sat, cross legged and continued to watch the events before him. Looking back at the female trapper, the searing hot anger towards her..... once again began to grow......

Castorp nervously showed Brazorf's symbol to the guards: "Ahem... gentlemen... I'm very sorry to disturb you while you are so diligently doing your hard work... I'm here for Brazorf's account... you know, the owner Dragon's Way... well, I guess you know him... He is interested in buying that cute girl... I mean, that slave...", Castorp indicated Rilina, who, even if, exhausted for the prolonged torture, had a perplexed expression on her face: she probably remembered having seen him at Dragon's Way, when he played for the pretty dancer, and could be wondering why Brazorf was using his musicians as agents to buy slaves...

"Sooo... can we proceed?...", Castorp wanted to remain in that place not a second more than strictly necessary. The guards looked at each other, a bit surprised, some of them openly annoyed (they were evidently having a very good time there...), but Brazorf's symbol proved itself once again to be a very convincing argument.

He had to take a guess about the right amount to offer, hoping that in a situation like that a bit of negotiation wouldn't be out of place. Luna gave him just a bit more than a half of the coffer's content. At the end the guards took from his pokets almost all he had. Castorp sighed, at least they still had a half coffer. The guards freed Rilina from the worn leather straps that keeped her on the bed, then ordered her to stand up, offering her a hand: she looked quite tired... One of the guard was awaiting with leather straps to put around her wrists and a ballgag for her mouth.

(OOC: awaiting Rilina reactions)

"Ok", said Ferron, "it looks like we would not get much from her about the half dragon anyway. Take her away and tell Brazorf to have fun!"

I could take the trapper over, but a one-shot player would be perfect.
Have you asked Nessonite about it?

You guys made the chars up, so you could describe them to Ness, and give her a general picture of the scene.

We'd also get to try out how one-shot chars work in actual game.
