AFAIK, you throw the correct magic flask at the correct pixie. Not quite sure which one is which yet, but it works. Though sometimes Paranoia does erect her own shells (Red, Blue, Yellow, Indigo but not in that order). Unless you're a mage, you can't break the Indigo shell.
Encountered something strange (and game-breaking) when all three guardians are up and fighting. (Playing as a Ranger).
I had to wander about the tower, picking up essence to pay for a healthy supply of magic flasks, but in so doing I gained two full levels, raising me to Level 16. This is probably why I'm having such trouble.
I got them with the right flasks, shattering Paranoia's shells. However, Paranoia seems capable of launching THREE ATTACKS IN A ROW as well as her guardians getting in a turn of their own. This nets total damage of 350HP+. Grand, I can take that. BUT when I go to use a Grape Juice after this assault, I get the sound and visual effect of use, but I get nothing. Good day, sir.
I wasn't paralysed, in a giggling fit or otherwise incapacitated. Did I miss some vital information telling me about this, or how to get my healing working again? Technically it does not break the game, but renders her unbeatable, thereby game-breaking.
One question though and I was wondering this all morning:
Are you going to make Paranoia a requirement or leave her as optional? Both have merits and drawbacks.
Requirement
Will make the players think and not overlevel, something which the scaling enemy levels almost promote, unfortunately, which leads to the enemies being stronger.
Optional
Means that players may avoid the battle, if they haven't got the means to beat her just yet. However, it means a large part of the game and a more human quest of mercy would never be seen.
