Tower of Gargalesis (Tickling RPG M/F, F/F, F/M)

Most of the Mamono Queens will require some kind of gimmick to defeat (fire for Bebe, the charity crystal for Mammona.)

They aren't the most feared Mamono in the world for lack of power.
 
I asked her , i fought her and now I have the sweet nectar... but about the crystal ??
And another thing, how can i have the vow of eternity I did the puzzle in snow island but the girl in the house doesn't talk with me...

^pure speculation, but do you have all 4 medallions (bunny, fairy, goblin and knismeshroom)
honeybee should tell you about the shrine in the northwest part of the forrest.
 
So by the way, what have you decided to do? Posting the chapters standalone, or waiting until all 3 chapters are done/tested? Just so I/we know if there's hope for chapter 1 before new years. *-*
 
Chapter 1 is still being tested, but I plan to post it once I'm given the green light. Chapter 2 is 90% finished and Chapter 3 has the fewest changes to make, so it really comes down to how many mistakes I make, and how unbalanced the game ends up.
 
Talos, as long as you have those, Ask Honey Bee -> About Quest and she should tell you to take them to the Shrine of Gargalesis in the West End of the Forest.
I think you haven't completed the Challenge Quests yet. So ask her about quests and she should tell you. You need the shards from those quests to form the Charity Crystal.
Also (off topic) your name reminds me of The Elder Scrolls.

Deus, this is progressing faster than I thought it would, I'm impressed!
Also, you don't yet NEED fire to defeat Beelzebebe. Just makes her easier. Perhaps it's a new feature of the rewrite?
One more thing: I'm assuming that the Feather Medallion will come into play somewhere. Not asking for specifics, though. I want to find out some things myself ^^
 
In the rewrite, Bebe's stats are ungodly until you use fire. She always goes first and always uses High Speed Flight, which makes her even stronger. Good luck getting by this stat spread:

At level 6 😛

A Slayer using their strongest Belly tickle skill (which is only JUST available at level 6) does around 32 damage to her. It would take 132 of those attacks to kill her. She can heal herself and she does about...191 damage to a neutral tickle spot (a 2) with just a regular tickle. Yeah, she pretty much steamrolls you.

After you use fire, her stats drop to:

Which are much, much more manageable. After using fire, the aforementioned belly tickle does: 187. Meaning it only takes 22 of those to kill her.

I know it seems overwhelming, but the Seven Queen Mamono fights are meant to be a major resource dump. They are supposed to be fights that you are expected to lose. Honey Bee's reaction to finding out you defeated Beelzebebe is basically "Wtf hax" because from a story viewpoint, it shouldn't have been possible for you to win.

Long story short, if you're stingy with flasks, and think you can juggernaut your way passed Bebe, I lol in your general direction. Mammona will be a similar case, if you don't use the Charity Core Crystal, she's probably going to out DPS you (Like trying to fight a fully specced Affliction Warlock, good luck against those DOTs).

Are you talking about the captains challenge? so I have to reach level 12?
 
i think that honeybee only tells you once. so like squark said, go west to the shrine.
stand directly in front of it.
(on some computers, you may have to hit the "enter" or "Z" key to trigger the challenges.)

No, Talos dear, I'm not. I'm referring to the Forest Challenges you need those medallions to initiate. *
In particular: Bunny Challenge, Goblin Challenge, Mushroom Challenge and Fairy Challenge.
They're all parts of the one quest (more so sub-quests, but neccessary from a story viewpoint). Throughout these you will find Charity Crystal Shards. You need these. Id est, these subquests need to be completed also.
Upon successful completion, (I'm not sure if this first part is neccessary), go talk to Honey Bee again. Then go the the Gargalesis Shrine once more and you should have the Charity Crystal.
I think Mamonna has a minimum level of 9 though. Not quite sure on this. But I AM sure of everything else I just said. Don't even TRY to complete the Captain's Challenge just yet. You'll be at it forever.

I think it'd be better if we needed to know about the importance of the medallions (say, just after getting away from Mammona) before the quests are available, so the character has a REASON for picking them up aside from the fact that they look important. Also on my mind right now is the Feather Medallion. That makes me wonder if it may have something to do with Aello...

(Off Topic) I've just noticed that the forum doesn't seem to support PNG transparency. Oh well. And Talos, your name STILL reminds me of The Elder Scrolls (Skyrim, 11/11/11😀).

I am glad you made Bebe stronger. she and mamona were kind of push overs. Do you have plans to show characters from past chapters again besides Venus, Honey Bee, Aello, and Hathor?
 
@Dae: More than likely. Mammona has a second (rather true) form to debut I believe, and having past characters return makes them more plot-heavy instead of being one-shot big bosses that are just there, so IMO it's likely. I can't speak for Deus of course.
 
Perfect , I solved it and I defeated Mammona but the third floor isn't ready...
Anyone can tell me how to find vow of eternity?

It's difficult to help you Talos, because I'm not sure where exactly in the quest you are.
 
I have 5 quest incomplete and are: the tower of... , the captains... , the mamono codex , the strangest chest and gatherer of the goo.

In the village there aren't quests to do but with another character I finished the mission in the snow land and i did the mission in the house with the switch but now I cant remember how I activated this two quests.
 
You can complete captains and strange chest. But really your at the end of what you can do with that version of the game.
 
True enough, thoise two are completable, but given that enemies scale, it's probably not a good idea to plug past LV16, which is where my Ranger is at right now... stupid me gave all my essence to the Giggle pet and the chest for some monies, and I had to go about gaining 3 levels while getting enough to have a healthy supply of flasks. Dang.

Has Honey Bee told you about the Red Feather yet? If not... go talk to her about the quest. She's a MINE of information. I'm not sure but you might need to go have a chat with Silver Dragoon, as well. Then just traipse into the Snow Land, solve the puzzles and gain entry into the House if haven't already.
If you have, go back and talk with the Snow Maiden. If you're in the habit of reading what the characters are saying to you, it should be easy past this point.

The house with the switch... Um, I think that's part of The Grudge. You're talking about the one in the Northeast of the village that never opens, correct?
Once you have the Red Feather, go talk to the Fairy that gives you free healing, then over to the place where there was an overabundance of tickle fairies, talk to the one that's still there. Now go back to the place where fought the Dryad, thre might be a shiny spot there, so examine it.
After the scene, go back to the village and you should now be able to open the door. The rest should play through without a hitch.

Step 3 is "answer all gameplay questions with a link to the purchase site and watch 'em sweat or cough up the $10."
