Whatchu playing?

Dragon's Crown. I'm rocking the Amazon (with my lover as the sorceress for backup)! FOR THE GLORY OF GOLD AND TREASURE CHESTS! ^_~

So- anyone pick up a PS4 before they sold out? and if so, how is it?

I’ve been playing Disgaea D2 for some time. It’s so much fun. And it actually made me learn something good about some character.

Spent about 20 minutes on GTA online, hated every second of it.

Only played it several hours in the first days it got released, and then left it for what it is. I don't really enjoy console online.

Played through Assassins Creed 4 awhile back. Playing as a pirate was a welcome experience.

Yeah to be honest I can see if you have like a tight knit group of friends you can play with online it'd be alright, but me and my friend went online on his Xbox only to have people constantly spawn kill us. Like that isn't even fun, that's just rude.

I'm back on guildwars 2 in these days, i really enjoy all the new updates i found after 2 months away from the game!

A friend was generous enough to gift me Borderlands 2, got a few good reviews from people here so looking forward to trying it.

Good news everyone, Left 4 Dead 2 is completely free to anyone who downloads today on Christmas. Happy holidays!

Hey guys, anyone have a suggestion for a RPG? I bought my PS3 when Gran Turismo 5 came out and thats the only 1 I really play. I think its time for me to change it up a bit lol

Been playing Standalone DayZ ever since the day it went into public access.

The game's buggy as hell, but that's to be expected in an early access alpha. Within a few months, I imagine the game will be leaps and bounds from where it currently is.

Are they going to do anything about people logging out in the middle of fights anytime soon?

Well, yeah. That's one of their top priorities.

I think a fair fix to the problem would be to add a combat timer that's triggered by a number of determined variables. After it's triggered, it would stay active for say... 60 seconds, or until it's triggered again. During this time, you cannot log out. If you alt+f4, your character is automatically killed, and his body left on the ground to be looted.

On top of that, I'd like to see a passive logout timer of probably about 15 seconds outside of combat. So even if you were to alt+f4, your character would remain ingame, completely killable, for 15 seconds after you click exit.

Numbah 1, I'd suggest Disgaea 4. It is a JRPG, and can get ridiculously complicated if you let it, but it's overall got good characters, a good sense of humor, and good gameplay.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

It is hilarious!!! "Santa" put it in my daughter's stocking and we both can't get enough of it. I play it for the character models and trophies (in addition to Iron Man, Iron Patriot, etcetera, I unlocked Howard the Duck today, of all things- the trophy for that is titled "Really?") and she just loves blowing blocks to bits while being the Black Widow. And the character animations are dead-on for the moves they do in the films. The Hulk actually does his "Loki thrash" for instance. Not just for kids! There's even an after-story mission which I won't spoil, but which involves dancing..........

I've been playing a lot of browser flash games lately - y'know, stuff on Kongregate or ArmorGames. In my experience, they're more miss than they are hit, as far as "worth my time?" value, but of course that tends to change the more "bored" one becomes. :lol

But a few on there do succeed in drawing me back in every so often. A neat tower defense game called Gemcraft is one of 'em. It's worth checking out!

I've played gemcraft!

I actually enjoyed that one. One of the rare gems that you occasionally find in browser game piles.

Pun fully intended.

:lol Place that one on your mantel, bro. Preferably a high mantel, positioned to zap the pesky bugs that try to scuttle through the front door.

Also, this isn't really a game per saaaaaay, but I've been watching Salty Bet, which is essentially a site where you can watch and bet on characters from M.U.G.E.N. fighting. It's much more fun than it sounds.

Hey guys, anyone have a suggestion for a RPG?

That's a good question that I'm interested in actually. Anyone know a good quality RPG for the PS4? I'm preferably looking for one that involves as few button combos/button timing puzzles as possible.

Lately I've been playing XCom and replaying Oblivion, which I got on the Steam Sale with The Stanley Parable and Far Cry 3 (which I won't be able to play without a new computer).

I've also started replaying skyward sword, WoW, GTA Online, MH3U, and I need to try out DayZ and just Cause 2 MP, and place more salty bets.

I need 72 hour days. I have too many games, nowhere near enough time.

There's very few games for the PS4 in general. Haven't seen any RPG's worth while. Don't Starve came onto the PSN store this month and is pretty addictive. It's a weird horror/survival RPG that's also quite funny. Other than that, I think most of the PS4 big releases will hit in March.

As for what I'm playing, I'm addicted to Civilization 5. I don't want to play it. I just can't stop. Just one more turn...
