Babyshambles, what I'm about to say is meant to be constructive, and with the utmost sincerity.
Up until about three years ago, I was one of the most flamboyant members of this forum. I wanted to talk to every new girl, and ask her questions about tickling and feet, and I got into arguments in many threads in the P and R. Needless to say, I was very high on the mods trouble list.
It reached a point where I got a PM from the mods telling me that if I didnt stop my actions, I would be banned the next time someone complained. I remember feeling angry at the time, and wanting to tell off the mods publicly, and such in a basically "Fuck You, All, Goodbye thread" to the forum. After thinking it over carefully, I decided I had two choices, do that, and get banned for good. Or, try to slowly keep a lower profile, with the hope, that over time, I could become just another member of the forum, who the mods didnt have to go after all the time, and, as such, I could enjoy my forum experience more, and they didnt have to worry about me being around.
In my over three years since doing this, things have gotten much better. I enjoy the forum more, and the mods dont have to watch out for me, (I hope) seeing what thread Mitch is going to post to piss people off, or such. Have I gotten into occasional disputes since then? Of course. However, I can now discuss an occasional dispute with the mods, as something that just arises, instead of it being how Mitch was pissing everyone off as often as I was.
I strongly suggest that you try this, babyshambles. I have a feeling that if you do, in time, the mods will begin to think "Hmm, he's no longer a problem anymore, he's just another forum member" Additionally, other forum members will begin to view you more positively.
I hope what I'm saying helps. Good Luck to you.
