The actual definition of fetish is:

"Something, such as a material object or a nonsexual part of the body, that arouses sexual desire and may become necessary for sexual gratification."

So, I don't think it's possible to have a breast fetish. Being that breasts are a sexual part of the body. Same thing with vaginas, or what not. Or you can say you have one, it's cool, but by the true definition, it doesn't work.
