Picking usernames always suck everywhere, because as soon as you think you have something original, someone already has it. Anyway, at the end of the first year that the forum was up, there was a push to get people registered so we could get to 1000, or 3000 totals members. (lol seems like forever ago huh?) Anyway, it was being asked, "even if you are a lurker, just register anyway" to get the membership to whatever that number was, so I decided to help out.

So while trying to think of something to use, because I didn't really think I'd ever be using the account, I remembered in college, a friend of mine used to use "krazie-something or another" and I like the spelling. So Kraziedog just popped up. I used the account very rarely, usually just to answer a technical question about something or whatnot. Then last May when I delurked, I built the profile, found that goofy ass dog picture which really does fit my personality, and it's stuck. To this day a few of my closest friends are people that pm'ed me out of the blue because the dog pics made them smile and made them want to say hi. So, here I iz, the kraziedog. 🙂
