The extra good part is that I'm working about an hour per day of ovt to try to get everything done and my boss said Friday we don't have to use a vacation day since we will have made up at least half a day by then or more of working time anyway.
 
Yes. 3 days of crazy work coming...I'll be exhausted.
I'm ready for July...just hope my a/c keeps working!

I've become addicted to the SSF the last several years!
 
It's beautiful weather out to start July yesterday and today!
 
I'm ready for the long 4-day holiday weekend...I think more than half the people in my company are doing that.
 
That is the natural thing to do when a federal holiday falls on a Thursday or a Tuesday, even if it costs a vacation day.
 
Oh yeah I wouldn't mind using it but luckily I don't even have to.
Happy 4th Mils! Today is probably the busiest of the 4 days I have planned...after today it's pretty laid back.
 
It is and boy I'm glad I'm off today. I didn't get to bed till midnight which for me is rare.
 
I was also up until midnight watching the Dodgers lose on MLB network, unfortunately. 🙁
 
Yankees got swept by the Reds. I think our teams need the All-Star break!
 
They blew a 9th inning lead to the Red Sox. Yankees are really fading badly. I know it's a long season but they have to snap out of it ASAP.
 
A blown save in the 9th is the worst type of loss. 🙁
The Yankees need to get a new closer before the trade deadline.
 
I remember him. Some good closers over the years. Dennis Eckersley with the A's. My brother was a big Oakland A's fan growing up with the Bash Brothers in the 1980s.
 
I definitely remember Dennis Eckersley. He was a good sport about appearing with Kirk Gibson on a sports show twenty years after the famous home run.
 
Funny story my brother grew up a big Rickey Henderson fan, became an A's fan.
My other brother grew up a big Cal Ripken Jr. fan became an Orioles fan.
Another brother grew up a big Don Mattingly fan became a Yankee fan.
Another brother grew up a Texas Rangers fan (not sure why lol).
And I grew up with Lenny Dykstra being my favorite player...and I hated Mookie Wilson because he took his spot in center sometimes on the Mets in the 1980s...and my first real memory of baseball is seeing the Mets win the 1986 world series (I was 8). And I became a Yankee fan. Go figure.
