The short version is that the little girl is rich or whatever and the two older ones are her servants, and she's quite attached to the older girl. So when she gets 'sick' and has hiccups, the guy professes one of those silly 'hiccup cures' that involves pressing on her feet. He manages to convince the little girl that tickling is the way to cure the hiccups, and since she's half in hysteria over the maid dying from hiccups (lol) she goes along with the plan.

At the very end she mentions how she greatly enjoyed tickling Rin (the maid) and wishes to continue doing so.

I can't read it to be sure, but it seens pretty obvious if there is tickling in it or not. I think the V.Novel name is daitoshokan no hitsujikai, if it helps.
