See I don't get that. It's under 1 minute vs 20-30 minutes of an episode. Anyway, if it's cut down enough, it should be covered by fair use.

It's not like that small bit of an episode can damage a company. It's whole episodes that do that. Though granted, that's how people here try to find new scenes. They only really scavenge around for tickling stuff though while most other viewers just stay for the anime series itself.
