I found the Queen's Blade OVA episode 10 RAW but it seems more like she's screaming than laughing.

I'll let you be the judge of that as i've got that scene here which is the ending.
Oh and consider it a bonus to those tentacle fans out there too. 😉

Got some confirmed info that Season 3 of Black Lagoon is coming soon. So maybe we might see the Tickling scene of the the leading tough lady.

Seeing Revy and Eda tickled sure would be nice, better yet if they were drunk :drool
 
I wonder if the anime adaption will extend tickling Revy since its shown in details that she is highly ticklish in her profile. Its possible they might add something besides the lower sides and maybe tickle her feet.
