i walked three miles...outside..i did a pile of dishes by hand...i cleaned both bathrooms..i then did fifteen minutes of hula hoops..and i'm about to die lol..

The doc thinks I have proctitis, but he is waiting on some more test results, and might want more tests done to check for Celiac disease...

Now, to rest and cuddle with my wife...who was amazing to me last night/this morning/always.

The results from all of my tests aren't back yet...but, from the bloodwork and the view from the colonoscopy...here are the possible issues:

-Crohn's Disease
-Colitis
-Celiac Disease
-IBS

Wish me luck that it's the last one...signs are pointing to #3...

Otherwise, I am just happy it's not a tumor...it's the little things...

Food is delicious...amazing, even...

And today was a glorious day at work.

Actually...if it's Celiac disease, it might force me to eat healthier...so I just want to know at this point what is going on...so that I can adjust my diet/life accordingly.

Today is FRIDAY!!! YAY!!!!!

Tomorrow my Wife/Ler is taking a big exam...and then another one on monday...in pre-graduation-from-a-master's-program preparation. YAY WIFE/LER!!!! I'm so proud of her...

My daughter had her first Speech and Drama Team meet this weekend. She did solo acting and radio broadcast. She didn't make the finals, but did good on her first meet. The school's team placed second overall, losing to a "Performing Arts" school in the Lexington area. I was pressed into duty judging one of the Improvisation Duo rounds and the Poetry final. Was challenging to say the least...
