Tower of Gargalesis (Tickling RPG M/F, F/F, F/M)

I know everyones prob got past this part but I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not. It could be I have the wrong medallions or that Im checking the wrong places. I have all of the medallions (Giggle Goblin, Tickle Fairy, etc) but when I take them to where I saw Mammoma (can't spell her name) nothing happens. i assumed that that was the greed core thing since nothing else i can get to stands out. I did have all of the medallions before I faced Mammoma and I wondered if that caused another one of those dam glitches

See, in your case, Wizard, you gotta take all the medallions to Honey Bee to get the Greed Core...unless you already got it, in which case, it's a glitch. You can't activate the boss battle, however, with only the medallions in your possession. Hope that helps.

That was the very first thing i did. i've talked to everyone checked around and I haven't had a single item or trial

Alright dude, I didn't quite understand what you were looking for before ^^; Sorry about that.

Here's what you do. Talk to Honey Bee, once you have all the medallions. You're supposed to complete the trials at the place where you fought Lady Venus to transform the medallions into Charity Core Shards. Complete all the trials, then go back to the Shrine to get the Charity Crystal, and then talk to Honey Bee.

Again, sorry for before 😛

I'll try that when I get back!

Well well, i finally beat Paranoia. I must say, she gave me quite a run for my money.

She was splendidly done and as she went into Berserk Mode i got quite nervous. All the different abilities she has at her disposal, mixed with the barriers and fairies make her quite a challenge. As a Soldier, this was the first time i really felt the need to stock up on healing items and actually use them every 3rd to 4th round(every 2nd round during the last few %). If it hadnt been for the cavern and its riches i would have run out somewhere around 50% already.

But i must say, you are a cruel man. Im quite pleased with myself for having beat her but now.. i will have to do it two more times in order to see all her game over scenes. Very wicked of you!

On that note, you might want to re-visit Paranoia. Im not sure if it is intended, but after she is beat the fast-paced(and awesomely chosen) battle theme keeps playing. I cant quite remember how it is for other bosses, but i think they got a calmer, slower theme for their punishment.

All in all, i really enjoyed this quest. Queen Abelina is a very dramatic character. The way she finished up her little history lesson by contrasting the weakest of all tickle pixies, Paranoia, with the strongest of all tickle fairies, Queen Ambelina, made me shiver. Could have been straight ouf of a movie in one of those big revelation scenes.

I do feel kind of sorry for Paranoia now though.. having your whole race destroyed and getting locked up alone in the darkness cant have been pleasant. I sure hope she will be treated better by her fairy hosts from now on, after they got in a little revenge for their enslavement of course.

Tried what you said Green Guardian and still naught... I've talked to Honey Bee numerous times, went to the weird pillar thing where you fought Venus, hell even tried the one behind Honey Bee! My advice to anyone re-starting, just starting DO NOT DO THE MEDDALLION QUESTS TIL AFTER MAMMOMA!!!!

mamonna is unbeatable without the charity Crystal.
what does it say in your journal (tower of gargalesis) quest?
(you can press the (s) key to access the journal directly)
it should look like this

Here's what mine says to do

But I started a new game with the latest version and everything seemed to be working right, I got the Charity Crystal with no problems.

If you approach the front of the pillar statue where you fought Lady Venus and press the Action Button, or something similar, it should ask you if you want to save your game before doing the challenges. Are you approaching the pillar and nothing is happening?

So, I go to the Fairy Forest, and no Fairy Princess.

I believe I've got everything else in the game licked to this point, I've exited/re-entered the Fairy Forest several times, and equipped/unequipped the Red Feather.

Can't get the Fairy Princess to appear and can't start this quest.

Am I missing something?

I got there, pressed enter numerous times (even started head butting it after the 12th time) nothing. Gonna try pressing Z instead after I've finished on Demon's Souls

your log looks fine. you should be able to just step directly in front of the shrine.

I found out how to do it! Pressing Enter doesn't work but pressing Z does! Problem solved! Now then onto some sketchy trials and then more grinding for this games bosses that make Ninja Gaiden cry!

Hey I've been a fan of the game since the end of ch. 1, but haven't been able to download the newer versions until recently. Wondering if it was alright to have few questions/comments?

Noticed there's a rate most ticklish spots in the intro now. Naturally I rated a few of my favorites highly, thinking of special cutscenes like the bar game one(and I choose thief so I imagine her belly's automatically 5 out of 4 :lol). But do you think it'll just get me killed quicker? Should I stick with lower ratings?

And should I still avoid any form of grinding to stop the bosses from leveling up and being impossibly hard? Maybe I just need to work more on strategy, but I remember some fights being endless.
Glad to hear HB and Aello have been getting attention too, so I'm looking forward to how that's turning out.
All in all great to see how far the game's been coming along, and sorry if some of these questions have already been gone over.

Yes i was curious about this. Does upping the rateing or lowers various spots. have any effect with cut scenes or anything else?

Is this for The Grudge? In that case, you need to talk to the fairy that explains your ticklishness 3 times with the Red Feather equipped (in newer versions, you'll only need to talk to her once with the Red Feather equipped), she'll then set off the quest.

If you play smart, overleveling shouldn't be nearly as destructive as it was before. All the level curve does is prevents overpowering.

Ticklishness ratings do...nothing but affect the difficulty as of now. I may tweak some things (like some dialogue scenes where you react accordingly to your ticklishness or something) but for now it's more of a personal preference.

I was hoping you'd say something like that. Getting scenes, like when you lose the bar minigame where you are tickled according to your weakness, would be great. Then again, that would be a hell of a lot of dialouge to implement, and I have the feeling that you are overloaded on everything else as it is.

BTW, are you planning on adding a gallery type feature where the player can view victory and defeat scenes for the mammono(sp) throughout the game? Something similar to the bonus dungeon in "The Cackling Cavern". That would be awesome since, for now, I have to make a new save at the right times in order to re-view the scenes that I like the most, and I'm pretty sure if this game gets long enough that I'm going to lose track of what save will give me what scene. This is just an idea though and one you might wanna save for the end of the game or close to it.

Of course, you have to complete Chapter 10 to unlock it (and unlocking Chapter 10 requires you to complete everything prior to it, and you'll then be required to complete all of the content in Chapter 10).

You will be forced to complete everything in Chapter 10 over the course of beating it, so don't worry about missing anything. If you get the prompt saying "Chapter 10 ~ Into the Arms of Ragnarok", you're on your way to getting the bonus dungeon (you'll just have to complete the hardest portion of the game).

You will NOT be required to win "The Final Showdown" (The Outsider vs Gargalesis and Knismesis) to unlock the bonus dungeon. HOWEVER, completing that OVERWHELMINGLY difficult fight, will unlock a shitload of new stuff, including cheats and such you can use in later playthroughs.

If you finish the Mamono Codex quest (which requires you to complete everything in the game), you'll unlock the bonus dungeon, which will include all victory/defeat/gameover scenes, as well as an insane amount of new scenes. Most body parts for every Mamono (excluding physically impossible ones), choices between playful tickling and torturous tickling or even sexual tickling, special scenes between characters (see Ambellina and Paranoia go at it, or even tickle them both together, etc.)

In short, your reward for completing this admittedly hard game is free viewing of everything you could have possibly found and more. The mysterious "bonus scenes" will also be available with both Honey Bee and in the bonus dungeon.

Winning "The Final Showdown" will unlock the ability to access the dungeon from the beginning of the game (IE: the bonus tile in Cackling Cave that lets you walk into the bonus dungeon). Winning "The Final Showdown" will also unlock a "Class Change" ability in the Bonus Dungeon. Meaning? You don't have to beat the game with multiple classes to view class specific material. Just use the Class Change NPC/Item/Whatever. Lastly, winning "The Final Showdown" will tell you how to play through the game as an entirely new class:

Josephine Halisburg - The Outsider (IE: The Novel's protagonist). She plays completely different from the other six classes, so she's not just a reskin of the Adventurer.

Your really making it hard to be patient with such rewards.

Fantastic. I sorta knew that this would be comming, but I really just wanted confirmation. You really know how to keep your fans wanting and comming back for more.

Truth be told, if you could handle it right, this would be a spectacular disc-based game. You could make a lot of money from the tickling community. Plus, I think I speak for every fan of this game, you could add animated scenes. I'll tell you right now that I'd buy it, but I guess trying to turn this into a disc-based game would be too complicated. Not to mention that this isn't exactly a socially acceptable game, so you wouldn't be able to mass-produce it and sell it in places like Walmart or Game Stop. Oh well, a man can dream.

Still, I'm really looking forward to the rest of the game and a bonus dungeon that is going to obliterate what "The Cackling Cavern+" has now.
