Tower of Gargalesis (Tickling RPG M/F, F/F, F/M)

How do I defeat the pixie boss in "The Grudge" quest.
No matter what I do i cant seem to give any significant amount of damage
EDIT: HOW DO I STOP THE VIOLET LIGHT!!!! XDDDD
Do I have to fight for half an hour to defeat her? argh
So far im level 13 and I have 10 of each flask (fire, ice, jolt).
Also when do you get to explore the mountains northeast (not the snowy one).
thanks

Well the problem I think is that im an adventurer >.> (bad choice i guess?...)
Is there anyway for me to break the violet light though?
And how do I start chapter 4? Since the third floor of the tower is not available,
I have no where to go and Im completely lost. TY 🙂

You can't stop the violet light unless you're a Mage.

You have to fight her until she goes into Mystic Overload, then you basically have to survive and pray.

Kill Green then Blue then Red.

Never let your health get low. Ever.

Always break a barrier by using the flask on a Fairy, never on Paranoia.

Never let her have all four barriers + all three fairies up.

Chapter 4 isn't available.

Bonus Scenes aren't available.

To reiterate my sig: The answer to the Haunted Mansion is Top Right, Top Left, Bottom Middle.

I will be using that song in the game, for sure.

It will be highly recommended that you start over in the next update. I will do my best to make it not required.

It's going to be a while before the next update. I work in retail and it's almost the holiday season. Plus, as mentioned previously, I'm burnt out on this so it's taking me a while to get into it so I can continue working on it.

If you want to ask "When is the next update" don't. I'll tell you when there's an update. I'm a gigantic attention *****. You will know when there is an update.

I'm trying the slayer now but for some reason my lethal tickle does exactly the same damage as a normal tickle >.> is it just my luck or what.....
EDIT: nvm but it guarantees a merciless tickle on the next one or two turns I think? :S
and what good is "The Claw"........

Also on old posts I saw something about "Gentle Wisp"..... what is that???

missing something

Was there an update or something in the last 2 months? Im looking and I dont see it but someone mentioned a training cloak and I dont remember seeing it. The last update i downloaded was the one metioning the deus ex machina

If you have completed the Lover of the Snow Maiden quest, go back to the Fairy Forest (the left entrance to the Tickle Woods) and talk to the fairy there with the Red Feather equipped until she gives you a new quest. Prepare to cry shortly thereafter.

Cry? more like bawl, I mean that was the toughest boss yet and
I don't see any sign of you making things easier in the future -_-
You get the training cloak after beating paranoia and its totally worth it

Great game! Given that you hav mentioned you are going to make some pretty big changes to the game, is it possible to pick our most ticklish spot and class seperatly? I ask this cuz i hate playing mage, but i want the foot tickling scenes. I was wondering of anyone else thought this was a good idea? I did actually mention this before but it was like 6 months ago or something. Thank you for all the work people are putting into this game 🙂

the only tickle spot specific scene so far is the minigame (the 5 multiple choice one) at the pub. Everything else is just given as is

Losing to the Marionette also gives a gender AND class specific scene. Currently it's not possible without me doing quite a bit of changing around. Maybe in the final release I'll make the two separate. As it is, no I will not delay more than I already am to make this change at this time.

Eh, okay maybe a stupid question, but any clue how to complete the Bunny Challenge? Because I have trid many combinations.

The thing is that in RPGs it's in the beginning of the game where these indications are the most important. If you look at the more open-ended kind of RPGs they always start out very linear. Actual exploration doesn't come up until at least after the first mission.

Once the player has been introduced to the plot he can do whatever he wants.

A simple journal update after you have talked to the girl that says something like "You spoke to a girl in the village. She seemed to indicate that someone inside the pub might be able to help you" would be of great help.

Anyway, I did manage to solve it eventually, and I do seem to have a talent for getting lost in 2D-games (for some reason it never seems to happen once I get that third dimension).

Keep up the good work, dude. This might just turn out to be one of the best things we have seen on the forum so far.[/QUOTE]

I do kinda agree with this, althought it would be easier if you could see your conversastion again. It would be easier, just going arund the village and be like "What was I supposed to do now?" then just check the Journal, and for example:" I'm not supposed to talk to strangers" "i'm just going to ask you where I can find out where I am." "Oh, you should try the house with the sign, they should know!" That would be great if you could do that. 🙂

The bunny challenge isn't chronological. You can't say 1. Ankles, 2. wrists. Pull on the body part they aren't tickling. You should see a different reaction when you do it right. Or, maybe you should just X out of the whole thing...

And maybe one of the reasons why 2D is more challenging is that the older 2D games tend to be less forgiving. You've just gotta figure things out on your own, whereas now 3D games are much (probably too helpful). When in doubt on who to talk to, sometimes you just have to try all the variables again.

I wouldn't criticize the layout too much, as Deus is in the middle of a giant overhaul. While there have been a couple hiccups (the mansion, it being a bit hard to get to talk to Silver or the tickle-meter fairy at their points), I'd say he's done a good job of finding that balance between challanging and what-the-hell-am-I-supposed-to-do-now?

Thanks! I finally did it 🙂
And it's okay if Deus decides to not do that, it's okay with me!
But if he thinks it would be great, then that would be soo great! :lol

I haven't replied here in such a long time, but damn Dark, use your brain or at least read a bit before you ask questions that have been answered a 100.000 times.

Deus even has the answer to the switch puzzle in his signature so people stop asking.

No offense meant, It's just kinda silly if you ask me.

Sorry, forgot.
(And btw, it takes very much time reading 174 pages🙂)
Thanks for remidning me.
