Just had a solid release. by that i mean nothing solid actually came out. i meant it was a high quality release. that Dairy Queen ice cream the night before always seems to prime my intestines for a good release the next morning.

Wow! i just had a release that literally lifted me off the chair a bit. no lie! that dairy queen ice cream certainly does fuel my system. theres alot of air in it which is important for good combustion.

I love this thread! We went for Thai food last night and the guy next to us let one go at the table on a hard wood chair! I almost spit my soup in my bf's face i laughed so hard!
