I don't really feel like i'm missing anything, but then this thread has pretty much gone all over the place.

I feel that as a general discussion board, where people have been posting personal stuff for some time now, people are welcome to post what they want, within reason. If it seems like a person is posting constantly and seeming to post looking for specific responses, and you don't like this, then why bother reading or responding to the thread? It's funny, i see so many people in this thread, slamming mitch, because they are giving opinions that he doesn't like, and is not pleased with it, yet the same people constantly post responses? So whose really the worse person? The one posting the innitial post, or the people who keep coming back to said posts to post?

Don't care for the poster? Don't read the post. Give advice and it's not taken? Don't give anymore. After a while it looks like simple trolling, IMO.

If their name is underneath the thread title, I will keep it moving! When I say I have absolutely no interest in what they have to say, I mean exactly that.

The people that actually care about your day to day will read it and those that don't give a shit or pick at you for their amusement probably won't bother there. Problem solved. If someone can't handle the negative comments don't open yourself up for them. Pretty damn simple if you ask me. I know and adore the friends I've made here and should I feel the need to get advise for a personal matter or need there support it send it JUST TO THEM. End of story. Don't put your drama on display if you aren't mature enough or emotionally prepared to handle the responses you don't like or agree with.

You can interpret it how you want but frankly I think she's expressing on whole how the creation of these super personal threads tend to get out of hand. And they do damn near each and every time. That's why blogs were created. My personal life stays just that personal. When it's opened up to the public it is now a public issue that will produce results the person may not like. Frankly that's tough shit once it's public. People can't expect to hear only want they want when it's open for the world to see. Not everyone will see it from the same POV.

I never said that people have to get desired results when they post personal shit. There is a difference between honesty, and downright viciousness.
