I have somehow managed to miss all these clips and this furore since it started, but tonight I actually watched them all and read this thread. These are my views.

I'll say straight off that I love non-consensual and 'pushed-to-the-limit' stuff. It's not all I live for, but every now and then I like to see a girl pushed way over her boundaries until she's a screaming, blubbering wreck. I think a lot of people do; it's a dark fantasy, part of what Freud called the 'Id' in our consciousness. So I may be biased here, but anyway...

From what I can see here, there is no evidence to suggest that anything illegal is taking place. Many companies bring out tickling material which features a model taken to the point of tears, pant-wetting, helpless begging, etc. And I must say I've never seen a complaint about any of these. To name names, Real Tickling, SilverCherry and Paradise Vision have all produced videos which fall under the 'consensual but taken too far' category. In fact, PV did a fully non-con video (and spare me the 'it's fake' crap, please). And I have enjoyed all of those products. It's purely a matter of taste.

So that is why I say this: to all those who disapprove of MTS's product, simply do not view or support it in any way. It cannot bother you then.

And to MTS themselves I say this: You have my full support to continue making videos which equal the standard of your previous offerings, providing that you are doing so within legal boundaries...which I'm sure you are.

OOOOOkayyyy -- One more time. No one is claiming that anything illegal took place in this video. What some people are claiming is that the video shows evidence of actions that cross the line of consensuality in a way that no other video we've seen does (if someone can point to a specific video that does, please do so). I, personally, think it's clear from watching the video that this was the case. It has also been asserted that, because of the state of affairs in the area of the word that the videos are presumably shot, that we cannot take for granted that the girls have any recourse should they feel they were abused, and I think that's true also.

There are two sides in this argument -- neither side has proof that the girls were paid, signed consent forms, or anything else. All we have is what we see on tape. Just like Los Angeles juries, it's possible to watch a video and see whatever you need to see to justify what you think. Fair enough.

I don't think it's reasonable to suggest that if you feel something untoward is happening, the best thing to do is turn your head and look the other way, just because some other people are getting off on it. Sorry if it kills your buzz (dark buzz though it may be), but pervs have consciences too.

I can't justify tickling someone further than they desire to be tickled; and I can't justify enjoying watching this material, either. But there are many out there who like it, and since, in the long-run, no one is being truly hurt by it (that might be a little presumptuous but try to understand the direction I'm coming from), I don't see what can be done about it, or why anything SHOULD be done about it. As I said: what do you hope to achieve by continually hounding this guy about your moral views? You have every right to do so, of course, but if it was me I would simply walk away.

Well, I guess that's true, but it isn't as if they aren't moral values shared by millions of people, including just about everyone in the BDSM community.

All I'm syaing in these threads is that we aren't sure WHAT's going on in these videos and whether or not there's reason to be concerned. I elect to err on the side of caution, because I cannot forget that there are real human beings at issue. It makes me sad that some people seem to be grasping at any assumption that tells a positive story, just to avoid feeling bad about being someone who fantasizes about doing something to someone against their will. Maybe that's the difference between us and them -- I know I've never fantasized about victimizing anyone. To the contrary, what gets me off is the idea that they're loving it. 2 clips come to mind:
