So I finally found out you can interact with the dog. This lead me to getting stuck in the centaur part by heading toward the exit before the dog moves there.

Fair shout bud, maybe you should just use a set of icons to do it, instead of having different icons for everything. E.g: dagger feathers have blue feather icon, sword feathers have red feather icon, etc.

Nuuuu...I LIKE the many icons -clings to icon set- I found the bestest, most elaborate one just because! I might be able to do an abbreviation system in the description, like an for sword or [D] for dagger.

Hmhmhmhmmm...You can't get locked out of the scene unless you defeat the zombie. It just depends on on which scene you try for Oh, don'tcha just LOVE all the worthless clues I'm giving you? lol

So I finally found out you can interact with the dog. This lead me to getting stuck in the centaur part by heading toward the exit before the dog moves there.

This may or may not be fixed ever, because...well...NYRGH...! 😛 Tell me how you got stuck so I can take a look at it; though this event was annoying to code and might not be fixable on this part (so you'd probably just have to let the dog do his thing and then walk over to the centaur and give her a poke, cuz she won't be moving with the dog in front of her).

So then the dog was in my way, and I couldn't get around it to talk to the centaur to begin the battle. I suppose maybe you could make it so that talking to the dog starts the battle, but if not, I don't mind. I was just letting you know.

I admire your clever tactics, my fellow foot loving friend. However, there is a fatal flaw with your plan: The centaur doesn't need to get to the entrance for you to lose, only to just before the dog. I programmed this so that if you haven't caught her or the dog stopped her she will escape.

So rather than wait for her all the way to where you entered the town, you've got until she reaches the gates to prevent the kidnapping. If you see the dog (which you won't see if you completed the event with the other option), then you can either wait for him to prevent her escape or do the usual method of catching her (outrun). Some players will get the dog...others that keep the ball and...well...can't be spoiling everything now, can I?

Just got the second punishment for the zombie gal! WELL DONE, SIR. You sly devil, you. lol Damn, this demo was extremely well done and beefy enough to actually get you slightly invested. Some demos always felt a tad bit short, but this was nearly perfect.

I am trying my damndest to get everything done by this weekend as scheduled. I still need to playtest, make something...special...and finish writing some game over scenes (and fix just a couple of the bugs that have cropped up now, though most have been dealt with).

SOMEBODY just earned themselves a cameo in TLI. Cuz I'm tired, exhausted actually, and I was originally going to put "Animewatcher's Status" and that gif. Then I thought "No one will get this. No one will make this connection".

I'm now absolutely ok with only having 5 1/2 hours of sleep tonight max. (no I'm not)

Well, here's the first bug of v1. If you go to the training area before Joran agrees to train you (which I don't think you should be able to do) and go to the movement part of the training area, the old man is waiting at the end of the "maze" even though he hasn't started your training yet. Also, if you talk with him, you complete that part of the training that never started in the first place.

Plus, if you go to the quest part of the training area, you're able to collect the nuts for Joran's "quest".

Methinks all this can be solved by just putting some kind of blocker to the training area before the old man is with you.

Another bug in the training area. After you beat the slime girl, if you tickle her, when the scene ends and you regain control of your character, her sprite stays on the field.

On a side note, I've noticed that the speed of the battle text is a lot faster now. Was this intentional? I'd prefer it if the battle text is the speed it was in the demo.

Yea, I'm pretty sure I'm confirming this. After completing Joran's training and getting permission to leave the starter town, I went to the pond where the frog girl event is at. When I try to investigate the water, nothing happens at all. No scene, no text, no nothing. Also, where the water appears deeper, the character is able to walk in those areas.

Hello everyone.

I have just started to play this fantastic game... i am so happy for this, because i was so bored during summer days...
So... i have been requested by a soldier with red air in Lordstock Tickles to get some powder... and i cannot find wich powder does she request... Is teh powder of the fairy getting attacked? because I have 5 bags of that powder and i can´t give it to her... any help?
